Qualilty product, just too strong for me

This was recommended by my physical therapist for ongoing issues of very tight trap and neck muscles post cervical spine surgery. On level 1 it was far too strong a percussion for me to use. My daugher, who has a different brand and loves hers gave Lifpro a try and said it was way too hard for her too.

I feel it is slightly too heavy for my hands. I have trouble trying to insert and remove the massage attachment. I'm returning this item!
