I didn’t realize how big the kettlebell was but it’s ok. It’s very stable if used as part of a push-up routine and it’s well made. Changing to different weights gets a little use to and requires a little force to switch.

Adjustable kettlebell

Just what I needed. I’m rehabbing my shoulders and recently added bottoms-up kettlebell presses. This adjustable kettlebell goes starts light at 3.5 lbs. and then progresses with small enough weight increases (about 3 lbs. per weight increase). Plus, it’s all in one piece rather than multiple separate kettlebells. I also like that the design so closely imitates a standard kettlebell.

I’m beyond happy with my purchase of an adjustable kettlebell! Lifepro definitely listens to their customers and delivers top quality products every time! The adjustable kettlebell is absolute perfection! I’m excited to add to my lifepro fitness home gym! Easy peasy and aesthetically pleasing to the eye! So happy the kettlebell came with an exercise chart too! Lifepro does it right every time!! I love all things Lifepro!
