Thus far the FlexStride Plus has been very helpful. I am 76 years old and just began exercising with this elliptical. I suffer from axonal polyneuropathy so level 1 tension has been challenging, so I have not been able to exercise for the suggested 20 minutes, but I am making strides towards that end. My goal is to meet the 20 minute goal and then begin adding more tension. I love the ease of operation and the ease of putting it together.

I live in a small living space so this small unit fits very well. Its functional and already the first day I feel my legs getting stronger! Quiet and easy to move and to operate. seems well made and solid

Not so easy to unpack and assemble when in a wheelchair. Needs someone to help. Would probably be useful to advise customers that it would take 2 people in disabled.

I recently purchased a LifePro FlexStride and use it daily. The device is easy to use, portable, and great for indoor exercise. However, I have hardwood floors, so even with the mat, the device walks away while using it. #frustrating, but I would buy the device again.#
