It feels great. I spend a lot of time sitting down because of work so this is a perfect machine to gently exercising my legs. I love pedaling backwards quite a bit. I definitely recommend it.

Good and works well

I've only had this product for two weeks, but I think it's good. Setup was easy and it feels very sturdy. It's really big and quite heavy, so it may be difficult for smaller people to move around (I am a petite woman and I wanted to bring this to work, but it's size and weight makes it difficult, so it has to stay at home). I know it won't have the same benefits as a full-size elliptical, but this is good to have to keep moving while doing desk work, and also for those like me who do not have space for a full-size elliptical bike. This will also be useful for my parents, who are seniors.

Its really easy to mod thid contraption if you want. Im looking to get my ets down so how many rpm would it take to duplicate a ground speed of 25mph?
