[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is super durable. Very well made, heavy duty and can hold a lot of weight. I love the look and style of the bag. The only downside is I wish it wasn't plain black. All laptop bags are plain black. Make it a pattern or a different color, grey, blue.

Perfectly thought out design, great for commuters

I bought this backpack a few months ago and it has served me so well! I love the extra compartment that you can tuck away when not in use and it fits my bulky work laptop perfectly. The tote/handle pulls are also super super great for quick grabbing. I also use the eye loops to hook on my carabiner travel chapstick. The expanding zipper and multiple slim compartments are great too. I travel a LOT and am hard on my necessities and it's still looking and functioning just as well as the day I bought it. Cannot recommend this backpack enough for this size/dimension.

Great work / business travel pack

It has the perfect amount of space to use a lightweight computer case or a 2 day travel pack. I have flown / travelled with it twice and it was perfectly sized / designed. Stitching, zippers, material, etc all seem to be quality.

This has a protective laptop compartment, converts from backpack to tote, outer footwear or outerwear compartment, expands from 17L to 21L capacity, & concealable straps & handles. Made well strong & functional. I love the versify of this bag. Holds everything I need & more.

Its super comfortable, easy to use, and I like the extra clip on bag you can add to it. I will say, I wish it did have a wider opening at the top. Sometimes it can be difficult to get bigger items out.
