Hell of a scope!

I’m very impressed with this scope from Burris. Very high end optics, exceptionally clear glass, high end feel and I really do like the tool less zero stop. Wish it came with MOA but I’m learning mils. The Horus Tremor5 reticle is busy but very nice!

I just received and mounted this scope. The glass is in this scope is unreal. This is definitely going to help me when shooting competitions. Hands down for the money. The best scope I have ever owned. I would recommend this scope to anyone.

Comparing it to the razor gen 3 ( since its the most commonly talked of) the glass quality maybe a smidge better in the razor but close, and the pro is better than the gen 2 glass in my opinion. But the turrets and the accessories on the burris are night and day better. Wish burris would make a knob for windage but whats on there is fine. Was worried about warranty but the throw lever I received the threads were messed up sent them an email on there website and had a new one within 72hrs. For the price no scope is close to this.

Scope way beyond its price point!

Have used this scope in both rimfire and ELR shooting. The fact that it excels at two very opposing shooting disciplines screams how impressive this scope is to me. On the one hand, rimfire requires precise tracking for tiny targets and great parallax adjustment for up close distances. ELR on the other hand is targets at extreme distances with glass and resolution needed to see. The tracking was spot on there too. I’ve owned or still own many top scopes in the industry, and for the money this is the best bang for buck top tier scope I own.

Burris XTR III 5.5-30x56 MOA Illum

Burris hit a home run with the XTR III. The glass on this scope is amazing, it has a very wide FOV and the image is extremely clear, bright, and detailed. The parallax dials down to 20 yards and there is no loss of clarity at maximum magnification. The scope is very solidly built, turrets are crisp and audible, and the illuminated reticle can be changed from red to green.
I also have a Burris XTR II 5-25x50 and a Steiner Predator 4 6-24x50 and the glass on the XTR III is so much clearer and brighter that its not even close.
I bought the XTR III with the intention of mounting it on my 300 win mag for long range targets but the image is so clear even at very short range that I decided to take the XTR II 5-25 off of my Ruger 10/22 Custom Shop Competition and mounted the XTR 3 on it for precision rimfire shooting. I will definitely be purchasing another XTR 3 to mount on my 300 win mag as well.

Great scope, clear glass

I purchased this scope to get into long range shooting. I have owned many scopes in the 18-25x range and many fall off with image quality at higher magnification. I bought this based on the reviews, reputation of Burris and the price. After mounting the scope, I zeroed and bullseyed the target with 3 shots. From there I went out to 350 yards and put rounds on steel with using the reticle holdover. The glass is clear and crisp. The image does deteriorate at high magnification, but with the 5.5-30 there is plenty of usage range. I was concerned about the SCR2 reticle being to thin, but on the range I had no issues. I would certainly buy this scope again.

Reaches out and “touches” nearly everything it’s pointed at. Ringing steel at 600 yards consistently since it was mounted, ready to go further

Great Optic on my Gas Gun for PRS

I bought this to replace a scope that wasn't working how it should have. This thing zeroed fast, the glass is clear and SCR2 reticle is great. I have shot multiple matches now and I am extremely happy with it and plan on the 3-18 for another rifle now. I think any level of shooter would like this scope on a multitude of platforms.
