The last Panorama Water Boiler I had lasted 15 years before the bottom started leaking. I used it almost every day and it performed flawlessly until the very end. The new version allows you to set it to "sleep" for 6 to 10 hours and it plays a couple of little tunes -- first, when you set your desired temperature and second, when the water reaches that temperature. Very charming. Quality product.

I like my Zojiroshi water boiler. I usually start the day with a cup of black tea and during the rest of the day I continue drinking green tea or herbal teas. The option of having a selection of different temperatures helps to simplify and maintain my habits. I also cook on regular basis and having boiling water at all times is very useful when I am preparing dinner.

Its my third one like that from you company. Every single on of them was perfect but i failed them. I’ve used bad water and lost power card while moving. Product is over my expectations quality wise and of course esthetics and usability. The last one is better than old versions because of the lid, now its piece of art of engineering kind of thing,- perfect design. Not the best - perfect. Huge window is amazing and 5l capacity is very useful. Very reliable product overall. Its wise move to use filter water or clean regularly with lemon juice.
