I'm in love with this water boiler. I drink an obnoxious amount of tea and this has made my life so much easier... It works wonders and the timer function is perfect. The hot water is ready first thing in the morning! Great quality, great functionality, super easy to use. The user manual is also quite helpful.

It keeps the water at optimal temperature and does so without issues. Relatively expensive for what it does but I wanted the PFAS free which very few similar devices have. Wouldn't have minded if there was an ability to automatically turn it off at night instead of doing it manually every time.

Form and Function
The function: this thing is wonderful and works as intended.
Form: the stickers used are very ugly to see and do not go away with isopropyl alcohol, do not use mineral oil for plastic parts. The pictures do not convey the sticker residue left behind and the ugliness from my own fault of using mineral oil on the top plastic lid

Thank you for your review. The front sticker should be removed before use and should not have left a residue. The stickers on top are warning stickers and are not designed to be removed, we're sorry for the difficulty and the angst it has caused but are glad you are enjoying the product. I was tired of spending 30+/- a pop on electric kettles that quit working. I decided to splurge because I know zojirushi products are well built. I hope I can get as many years out of this as I have my rice cooker. I chose stainless steel because I'm not a fan of non stick even though I have non stick in the rice cooker and bread machine.
