Nice and cold

Freezer door flap stays open, which is useful to me, but you have to remember to close it after use, because fridge door will close with freezer door open. This is a real compressor fridge, not a TEC, so it does get very cold. I use it as a real bar fridge and have several mixers in there, Clamato, Cranberry, to bottles of Vermouth and more, lots of room for what I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks good but noisy

I liked the retro look but the compressor is noisy, I couldn't concentrate having it in my office (and I'm not sure how anyone wouldn't be distracted by it in any room). I could hear it on a different level of my house. I think it's noisy because the compressor is exposed at the back and not covered.
Tried two of these to make sure it wasn't a defect in the first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quit cooling after 3 years

Not worth even the sale price of $199 since the compressor overheated and quit after about 3 year of indoor light use. Not worth getting fixed due to service call/repair/parts charges and unfortunately I don't think I had as good of a sale when I purchased. A
Very disappointing because it's a really nice looking fridge.
