My last earbuds had a charging problem. Saw great reviews for this product. I prefer the over ear design because my ears are really sensitive. Pretty easy set up.

I usually run into issues when needing to warranty an item with any company. JLab was a breath of fresh air. The process was fast, simple and I got my replacement in just 2 days! (They work great btw)
