They stay in the ear very well, they don't fall out. I usually use the right earbud to receive calls and make calls. The audibility is good and I can be heard well.

Had lost my earbuds and was buying this just for the mean time while I got some new AirPods but they are so good I might acc not need AirPods anymore sound is really good ANC is fire and don't fall off while I'm at the gym
