I like these JBuds Sport ANC 4 very much more than the JLab Go Air Sports True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds for which I have 3. The Sport ANC 4 sound is crisper. I was a bit confused with the charging USB, but that was easy to figure out. The ANC 4 seems to charge faster. The Bluetooth pairing took a little longer because my iPhone couldn't find the ANC 4 but finally did. Aside from these minor problems, I do like the ANC 4 better and that's why I still gave it 5 stars. I especially like the sale price. I also like the way the case lights letting me know how much power it has left.
I really wanted to love these and their touch controls however I have 2 big problems. 1. The hooks hurt my ears 2. The app keeps reverting my some of my touch control settings to their default. (Some times it forgets a swipe setting, other times a tap setting.)
I use these for the gym. They are great, I love the app customization options available. ANC is really good out of the box - upgrading the earbud tips to SpinFit Omni really takes it to a new level. Superb earbuds
The earbuds stay on my ears, but aren't the most comfortable in the outer part of my ear; they rub on the ridges in my ear. The sound is okay, not as good as other earbuds.
The battery life I have experienced isn't quite what the package said. The package said the earbuds should have around a 9 hour playtime. But really, they have a 5 hour playtime. When I contacted Jlabs support about the difference in promised battery playtime and actual battery playtime, I got a form email, that while it contained some interesting information, did not explain why my pair's batteries were lasting about half the time the package said they should. When I replied to the form email like it said I should if it hadn't solved my problem, I didn't get a response.
I guess the earbuds are what they are- somewhat uncomfortable, with less than promised playtime.
Now living up to expectations from previous models

The battery life has been about half and the safe hearing sound levels keeps changing back to 85db instead of default, headsets aren't any good when you can hear them and default isn't default if it doesn't stay there.
