How do you adjust the noise canceling

It says the JBUDS SPORTANC4 has 3 noise canceling modes and to download the app to adjust your sound. I can't find anything in the app that does any adjustments. Seems like just another useless app.
If we can't figure out how to activate the noise canceling we will return them.

No noise cancellation

I'm very pleased with everything except the "noise cancellation" which is NONE... I can't feel any difference enabling or disabling this feature (from the phone or from the earbuds), nor even after updating the firmware...
Note: I have Bosse and Sony headsets with noise cancellation and these work perfectly!

This is my 4th pair of buds not because of them being bad but only because losing a bud or buds. I like the quality of your products and the battery life of them are REALLY good. I have recommended them to my friends over the last few years.

ANC does not work

There is no difference with/without ANC. Environment sounds are not cancelled.
