Excellent for cycling and running.
Bluetooth is fabulous just has a paring problem of connecting to Bluetooth on the phone itself.

Not good for two way conversations

Have to take them out if I want to speak which sucks. Is that a condenser mic in the box? Great sound, but not good for any two way conversation.
