Product is not as good as I expected. Sound quality is sub par. I use an equalizer app with little or no help to the sound. Must be poor quality speakers

Good product, excellent service

The JBUDs are the best sports earbuds tried- much better than like competitors products, better fit and better sound. I had an issue early on requiring warranty support and JLAB service was outstanding- with a replacement product sent to an overseas address within a day. Highly recommended

Great earbuds, only USBc plugin chargeable

Futuristic and intuitive controls and the accompanying app is a definite plus! The only thing is the case uses a male USBc cord that requires a female USBc charging slot. I had exactly one of those in my house, thank goodness. I ended up making an additional purchase of some USBc female to USB male adapters to accommodate charging this device.
