Ear buds don't sync together

Even after doing all the different reset processes the still won't work.
Lots of people seem to have the same problem, after using other jlab earbuds and really liking them.

My second set of wireless earbuds

I like this company's earbuds but each pair has issues. My old pair couldn't connect without the case. They fixed that issue with these new ones but they changed the charging from a regular USB male to a usb-c male. I need to buy a charger. It would have been great if it was a female then you could just use you phone charger. Still, overall I'm happy with the earbuds.
