Like the unit and it performs well. Have periodic loud rattle which appears to come from connection between unit and exhaust vent. As soon as I disconnect the vent rattle stops. Will try different options to eliminate rattling.

It’s heavy so far… there was nothing labeled that it needs to be in an upright position so no matter what you do have to wait 24 hrs

It does not feel too cool but I just hooked it up for the first time. Hopefully tomorrow when it is 99 degrees outside it will cool off my home.

I like the product very much! I have more than 700 sq space it keeps it cool. What I like the most about it is the noise level it is quieter than the previous brand that I was using.
