This is my first experience with this company and I'm 3 days in. Heavy to carry up stairs lol, but rolls well. I got the "AC14MWS" version (14,000 btu), and given recommendations I wasn't sure it would be enough. To be honest though, it cools well - much better than expected! (on a 3-room area, about 750-800 sq feet for this floor). Now we'll just have to see how long it's lifetime is. So far, so good though! Cheers

A couple things missing

It would've been nice if the instructions, at some point, read "plug in the air conditioner ". Also, regarding the operating instructions: the very first thing to do is touch the power icon.
