Good, but not as good as 14K

Good, but not as good as the 14K BTU model. This 10K one is noisier, and though rated for 400 sq ft, it is slow to cool our 200 sq ft bedroom. The 14K easily cools living, dining, and kitchen. combined.

Works Decent Enough

I purchased my AC unit last month and everything was working great, but yesterday i woke up and my AC was no longer running. In an attempt to solve the issue, i noticed my drainage tube was full of orange algae and wont let me manually drain as per the instruction manual
