Initial impression is that this is a quality appliance. It was packed well and the documentation was thorough. It is running in a spare room upstairs and has worked well over the past few hours.

Air conditioner works fine. The plastic window sliders are very flimsy and are difficult to mount in the window. I am building a wood frame to replace it and make window mounting quicker

This unit is much better than Frigidaire so far with better quality and better engineering. Sealed better and the hose doesn't leak air like Frigidaire did.
