This aid conditioner does not cool air more than a foot in front of it even when in a closed off room. We have cleaned the filter multiple times, checked the hose, etc. and it does nothing. Very very disappointing especially during the summer months. This is not a reliable item.

Thought the process would be more difficult than it turned out to be. Unboxing was easy considering the weight of the unit and the fact that I am 78 years old.
