Tonight will be the first night using this 14,000 BTU air conditioner. Set up was pretty straightforward. Turned it on and found it to be blowing amazingly cool air.

Easy to install. Cooling like advertised. Hi tech. Is it watching me? :) The window panels are very thin, so the "security bracket" seems a little silly.

I called your support department with a question about the time schedule for cleaning the air filter (one time in the manual states 2 weeks and another states once a month).
