I had no issues within the first 2 months of using this portable air conditioner. Recently I’ve had some issues with it that I’m trying to get resolved.

The instructions are to fill out the warranty paperwork before you even plug the unit in...so my review of the product is ...magic packaging...I couldn't think how I was gonna lift a 65 lb unit our of a box more than half my height..the majority of the box just lifted off the base! I folded the top part of the box, in case I need to return. Relief and easy! The setup instructions are pretty straightforward and seems like it'll be a piece of cake to just plug in and go. Can't wait for the 24 hrs upright and out of box to be done do my house can start to cool off!
