I unboxed and got it going. The a few things I would mention is the connection of the hose can be tricky. And the screen is very sensitive. Once you touch it’s activated, not a touch to activate it. So if you accidentally hit something it switches to that action.

The instructions are to fill out the warranty paperwork before you even plug the unit in...so my review of the product is ...magic packaging...I couldn't think how I was gonna lift a 65 lb unit our of a box more than half my height..the majority of the box just lifted off the base! I folded the top part of the box, in case I need to return. Relief and easy! The setup instructions are pretty straightforward and seems like it'll be a piece of cake to just plug in and go. Can't wait for the 24 hrs upright and out of box to be done do my house can start to cool off!
