Except for the port lock being broken upon pulling it out of the box, it seems to work as expected. Won’t really know until we get to use it more.

Great unit for adding extra comfort

We have a bedroom over the garage that is always too hot—especially in these sweltering summers.
Considered a split unit but after getting the price tag we wanted something less expensive yet effective. Our contractor recommended this unit and couldn’t be happier! It’s pretty quiet (who doesn’t like some white noise) and works well.
