Unboxing was easy. All the attachments were here. Set up was relatively easy. The only thing I will say is the insulated foam was kind of damaged.

Cooling ability

Live in a 465 sq ft apt and this 10,000 BTU portable a/c is having difficulty cooling my living room and attached kitchen. My 5,000 BTU window unit had no issues cooling the whole apt when it was new. Rethinking my purchase.
