Pretty easy to set up. My window was a bit small so we had to cut a piece of cardboard to make it fit right. With the adjustments that came with, made it to long. Now starting it up. It rattles really loud just on the cooling part. Im giving it a couple days and if it doesnt change than may see about a different one

Product description said it only weighed 13 pounds. It is heavier than 13 pounds. It was difficult getting it where I needed it, but manageable. There might be a design for the “handles” that would allow for a better grip when lifting. You basically just use your fingertips, which isn’t very safe. Setup was easy, but again, there’s got to be a better way than sawing to get the window slider adapter to fit the space. Regardless, the air conditioner works great. I would recommend it to anyone. I use it to cool a 600’ foot space with a corner to a bathroom & guest room. Strategically placed fans move the air around the corner and the whole floor cooled 5 degrees in about 5 hours. Given the level of humidity at the time, I thought that was a good result. I do wonder why the instructions stuck on the actual unit into ask you to register for the warranty before first use when this review was mandatory to register the product. How can anyone review something they haven’t used yet?

We got this unit to replace our older model unit and, so far, it’s performing better than the other one! It’s soooo much quieter too!
