I would give the product a 5 star review on the ease of hooking the vent kit to the a/c and the slider. Best system I have seen yet. I give it a 3 star as far as cooling the air...it doesn't seem to cool the air as well as another a/c I have (different brand, same BTU's) & a 3 star on noise. Although quiet running, it wakes me up all the time when compressor kicks in.

Setting it up was a little cumbersome but thankful to have it installed & working as expected. Its only been 4 hours so we'll see how it goes.

The “mode” button works when it wants to on the AC itself.
The AC will just stop working, although the lights are still on.
The water indicator light does not work.

Fast and easy

Setup was pretty fast and easy, with directions were just a tab bit more detailed or maybe a video showing an installation but didn’t take long and ac immediately cooled the room, love so far
