This ac unit is already not working properly after just a month of using them. Would like a refund or replacement but it’s also hard to get in contact with the support center

Nice portable a/c unit. I will say that it doesn't seem to cool as well as my Hisense and it's only 8000 BTU.

When my original unit malfunction, the AIRO team was amazing to work with to solve the issue and send out a new unit. This is an amazing company to work with and a great product to own.
