My first impression was the packaging the best I’ve seen, very easy to remove from carton. Hooked up the exhaust hose to the window and the drain hose for continuous, plugged into electrical outlet then had very nice COLD air.

Finally! An air conditioner that cools my house!

I received my portable air conditioner last night, and I'm already impressed! It replaced my old 5,000 BTU unit, and the difference is amazing. My living room cools down much faster, and the temperature stays consistent without the unit constantly cycling on and off.
Setup was quick, installation was easy, and the included remote makes it really convenient to adjust the settings from anywhere in the room. It's also much quieter than I expected.
I've only had it for 24 hours, so I'm giving it 4 stars for now, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. If it continues to perform this well, it'll easily be a 5-star product. I definitely recommend it!
