Very disappointed

I just don’t installed the unit today. It is very loud. I’ve tried everything to make it stop making that noise and it just stops for a little bit and then starts again. Very frustrating!

Bought it for my office and it's been a blessing ever since. Walking in from outside has been a big difference. Keep my entire office at least 10-15 degrees cooler.

Have to leave something here to register for warranty; which they recommend before first use. Looks fantastic! If it works as great as it looks I’ll be very happy to. Parts are all heavy duty and not flimsy at all. So this unit seems to be very well built
