Not what I expected

I was looking at the demonstration online and I thought it had one area where you release the water or condensation, but it has two. Window installation slider one is too small and two is too big for my window so I got a big gap because I can only use one and I have to try to cover it up with something else

It would've been nice if the instructions, at some point, read "plug in the air conditioner ". Also, regarding the operating instructions: the very first thing to do is touch the power icon.

So far, so good!

This is my first experience with this company and I'm 3 days in. Heavy to carry up stairs lol, but rolls well. I got the "AC14MWS" version (14,000 btu), and given recommendations I wasn't sure it would be enough. To be honest though, it cools well - much better than expected! (on a 3-room area, about 750-800 sq feet for this floor). Now we'll just have to see how long it's lifetime is. So far, so good though! Cheers
