No documents to really explain how to use it

Rattling noise

I thought the ac and was using the fan option with no problems. When it got hot enough to switch to the ac, there’s been a nonstop rattling noise that sounds like construction. It’s loud and keeps me up.

The window vent is an absolute pain to install. There isn’t enough space around the hole so I had to find a way to lift it up and then it’s so skinny I can’t just wedge it
