We understand that you expect better out of your OtterBox products, but this is definitely surprising to hear. Are you using this charger with one of our made for MagSafe cases on your iPhone? If not, do you notice the same level of charge to your device when you remove that case? Please also make sure the cord it properly plugged into the 3-in-1 Charging Station and your wall outlet. We'd be more than happy to help get to the bottom of this for you though. I like the phone charging mag but the watch charging is iffy. You set in on the charger and it begins to charge, then the watch face comes back on then the charging comes back on and then starts all over. I have to take it off and then replace 3-4 times before it just charges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have you checked to see if your watch has any updates that need to be installed? Sometimes charging devices do not work as intended if the device does not have the latest software installed.

It’s the best! My chargers were always in the wrong spot and I’d end up going up and down stairs to get the correct ones. I keep this at the bedside, altogether for easy charging at night. Best product ever!
