Bought it hoping it would work with my hearing aid. I have a Phonak hearing aid with Bluetooth. Setup was easy just like headphones. It works great. Thank you.

Could not use it on British Airways DEN LHR flight

I purchased Airfly Pro for the express purpose for long haul flights just before leaving the US. I travelled on 1/14/24 from Denver to London and from 5here to Bangalore. When I tried to plug in the 2 pronged adaptor it didn’t go into the slot in the airplane. I asked the flight attendant to help me. She took one look at it and said that the prongs are thicker. I was flabbergasted. How can Twelve South sell this on a falsehood like this? What do I do with this now.

Good but...

Half the time it takes me numerous tries to connect but my biggest issue... they definitely don’t last up to 25 hours as advertised. I had to buy 2 for long flights. They die after about 6 hours.

AirFly Pro Didn't Work on any of the four British Air planes on our trip

We normally love twelve south products, but we were disappointed with AirFly Pro. We bought it specifically in preparation for a long-awaited trip from Portland to Cairo and back via Heathrow, involving four BA flights. AirFly Pro failed us on all four planes.

Does not work with Jabra Enhance over the counter hearing aid

This will not connect via Bluetooth. I followed the directions provided my twelve south and does not work A waste of money.

While I haven't had the opportunity to use my Airfly SE I am happy to have it. Last year I had extensive flights on an airline l that had IFEs on most flights but because they weren't equipped with Bluetooth, I wasn't able to use my Bose noice canceling headphones. That scenario will play out differently this year. Thanks Twelve South!
