[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new and started to vibrate violently a couple times a day. Service replaced two boards and it’s still vibrating. Now they tell me they have to replace the entire compressor. I will never buy this brand again.

Looks amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and looks great in our new kitchen BUT started making an awful sound the day after we plugged it in and now we need new everything that makes you refrigerator cool. Our food is freezing on the bottom half and not cool enough on top shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this fridge and the new updates, we had the last model, iits had multiple issues in the 3 years we’ve had it so we finally bought a new on and of course had to buy a new freezer too since we have them side by side and the size changed. Hopefully this new model is better than the last!

I love this refrigerator!

Everyone comments on our separate fridge and freezers set up. The fridge works like a dream it is very quiet. There is so much storage. I cannot recommend this appliance strongly enough.

Opening the doors for ice and water is well worth the like prefer the absence of exterior chaos. a great value overall and very attractive. the trim kit is back ordered, but it looks still looks good. it is well organised and functions well. I’d buy it again.

Stay away from this refrigerator. Within in 1 year the compressor and condenser had to be replaced and now it’s making extremely loud noises. And yes I understand fridge can sometimes hum or whirl but this noise is irritating and obnoxious.

Ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker problems. We purchased this freezer 14 months ago. The ice maker started having problems about 10 months after purchase. I thought it was just a glitch so I turned it off and back on. Yesterday I found a significant amount of water seeping from underneath the cabinets. Hopefully there is not major water damage to the hardwood floors and cabinets.
