[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This experience is the worst we have experienced in a purchase. We are in the forth replacement of this product. First was it wouldn’t cool, second, the water filter leaked, third, the same problem, the water filter leaking. We are waiting on a forth replacement! Plus now our new freezer has stopped making ice. This has been the worst purchase ever. Your quality control is none existent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it bought the fridge and the freezer wish I had done this sooner so much more room. Only change I would wish they made it the top 2 shelves go back perfect wish they had the other shelves the same distance for my organizing buckets however I was able to fit them on the top so it worked out great.

We added 2 extra drawers below both upper shelves for lunch meats, cheese, eggs, etc. Suggestion, add a shallowed drawer below the upper- lower shelf for items like we used if for., or at least offer it as an option.

Possible design flaw, freezer non repairable water leak

Unrepairable Infernal water leak at almost 2 years old.
Glade we purchased an extended warranty.
Must be a design flaw with this model as there are many reports of this issue occurring around 2 years. Only reporting this to let other know of this issue we also are have with this freezer FPFU19F8WF

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in November 2024 after hurricane destroyed my kitchen. Installed in early February. It stopped cooling in August. Took 20 days to get it fixed. 18 days later the exact same issue. Still waiting to hear their excuse.

Love this fridge so much!!

From the water right inside the door to the crisper drawer at waist level, the fridge was designed and engineered thoughtfully. It is stylish both inside and out, and functions perfectly for food storage for our small family as well as all of the guests we entertain.
