Lack of a good installation support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installers were looking for any excuse to avoid installing including size, water valve while we had water valve and I hired a third party installed it and fitted in the space we had . I also reported three issues with drawer door in the fridge and clicking sound in the freezer door. I like the fridge and the brand while threse issue makes you regret your purchase

Very Nice Professional Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is beautiful and has been flawless so far. We struggled to find a column freezer with ice maker and this really fit the bill.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is the door was damaged in transit however my retailer is replacing.
I would highly recommend this unit for a standalone column freezer - ready made to fit into the decor of your home - with an ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new home came with the Frigidaire - 19 Cu. Ft. Single-Door Freezer and Frigidaire - 19 Cu. Ft. Single-Door Refrigerator. They look nice, the width is good BUT the depth is horrible. Cannot put much in either unit, and forget any large dish or storage container. As a retired professional kitchen and bath designer for 38 years I would have never put these in any of my clients kitchens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the column refrigerator and freezer in 1/21 and the white plastic around the interior of the box developed cracks in several places in both units. I've had low end refrigerators that were 15 years old and never had this issue. I don't even know how I would go about repairing this problem and now I am having problems with my ice maker. Disaster

For the interior liner cracks, minor surface cracks can sometimes be stabilized with an appliance-safe epoxy, but deeper or spreading cracks typically require a technician to inspect the liner and determine the best repair approach.

For the ice maker issue, here are a few basic steps to try:

Make sure the ice maker is turned on and the ice bin is correctly positioned.
Check for any frozen ice blocking the ejector arm or fill tube.
Ensure the water line is connected securely, not kinked, and that water pressure is adequate.
If your model has an ice maker reset option, try performing a reset.
