Broken after 2 years

I was not expecting the product to break so easily, it is very disappointing that the product doesn't last longer for normal every day use. Seriously, I sit at my desk all day and used them for meetings only.
I will never buy turtle beach products and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Took a few mins to figure out the xbox mode and getting rid of teh feedback bug once that got sorted out amazing sound a fits comfortably
I would recommend this to a friend!

The first couple of weeks it was great, after that one side of the headphone stopped working for some reason and after 2 more weeks i threw it and it broke instantly.
At least make better quality headphones.

Incredibly uncomfortable, makes you wish your head was concave on top to get rid of the fact that the headphones genuinely do not adjust enough to fit your head- not to mention, the sound quality is very mid- the bass is turned up WAY too high to hear absolutely anything else. Would not recommend. Not having a party chat to game chat audio adjuster is CRAZY in 2025- especially considering there is two volume knobs and yall chose to have one for mic monitoring? Crazy.
