I purchased this Defender product about a month ago. I had already purchased a tempered glass protector and installed it. Once I had placed the S10 into the case, the tempered glass broke within a day. I removed the glass and purchased another thinking the glass was defective but the exact thing happened again. I ended up purchasing the Unicorn Beetle case and the glass has never broken once. I am extremely happy with the new purchase and quite disappointed with Otterbox. I have always been a strong supporter of Otterbox products for many years and now I have a Defender case that is unusable.

When it comes to screen protectors, we aren't able to guarantee compatibility with third-party products, as we don't test our cases with them. That being said, we have designed our cases to be totally compatible with Alpha Flex. Had it less than a week and the clip broke without applying stress at all. Not happy

The case was fine and fit but, the holster that came with it is too large for the phone.
