Handy but bad build quality

Handy piece of kit. Would recommend it for ease of use transporting the Koda but the build quality is terrible. The stitching where you join both handles together has begun coming away only days after using it. And the loop that keeps the hose secure to the handles also broke off and can't be fixed back on. Really disappointed with this as the Koda has been without fault.

Intention is good, quality is poor

Cover fits well - intention is good, the quality is poor.
Used it a couple of times - i.e. took it on and off and carried the oven, and the cover has torn already!
I'm hoping this is a one time issue and the cover will be replaced!
