We no longer send out paper manuals with our machines, as part of an ongoing effort to reduce our carbon footprint. You can find your machine's manual here: https://www.singer.com/pages/product-manuals-for-singer-pfaff-and-husqvarna-viking-sewing-machines. If you prefer a paper manual, you can download yours and have it printed at your local copy shop.

Works great. It would be nice if I could access a manual for this serger but it still isn't available on line. The 500S isn't even recognized.
