I gave my niece the tablet so she can take it to school. She set up the tablet but forgot the password and log in information. I tried to factory reset it for her and not successful. We are at a loss.

This tablet is super slick and easy to use! I have an ipad as well and was hesitant to try the Samsung Galaxy tablet. But it has turned out to be an awesome unit and I highly recommend it! Would definitely buy another.
