We appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback on the Galaxy S24 Ultra! Your feedback is essential as we continue to strive for improvements. The S24 Ultra features a durable titanium frame and advanced AI-driven software, providing an elevated experience compared to its predecessor. The phone is equipped with a Quad Tele camera system, which allows for clearer and higher-resolution zoomed-in photos than those taken with the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Additionally, the 50MP camera now includes 5x optical zoom. We're elated to see that you've been enjoying your phone! If you have any concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Great device, good camera, memory, ship set. I would prefer if it was a bit smaller and thet this device had the finger scan behind the phone, as it was on the S9+.

After two weeks of use, the Galaxy S24 Ultra has been impressive. The design is premium, the display stunning, and the performance flawless. Battery life is reliable, and the camera delivers excellent photos. Everything works smoothly, making it a top-tier choice for a flagship smartphone.
