[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Galaxy AI, for some creative functions and it's amazing what you can do!
The whole phone it's amazing, versatil, fast, everyone loves my pictures. I mean I love my galaxy phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These features are very hard to use and you need a tutorial to understand how the features work. The frustration with the AI portion is crazy.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, August 23, 2024
We appreciate you sharing your candid feedback. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best products available. We noticed you reached out regarding the S24 Ultra. The Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with a fully integrated S Pen for jotting down your thoughts in Samsung Notes, searching for content on Samsung Internet, and replying to messages. You can also use the S Pen with the new AI feature called Circle to Search, which allows you to search for items by circling an image on the screen. We have taken note of your concerns about your frustrations with the AI features. If you have any questions or concerns, we'd be more than happy to assist you at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone they didn't have it listed I have a S22 ultra +. I Jada s23 and honestly prefer the s22 over it for the size and stylist.
I mainly use my phone to play music at work or home or in the car. But also use it four other apps such as snap chat or YouTube sirius xm, Facebook all sorts of apps. Super cool device. Hopefully I'll win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for personal use, as well as for my real estate business.
My favorite feature is the notes app and pen, as I write a lot of notes, and prefer to write by hand instead of type.
The keyboard is a little different than my previous galaxy, which is a bit of a bummer. I'm a creature of habit, and I'd like it if my phones could last forever, so nothing had to change.
I have not used Galaxy AI, and I'm not sure I will, as AI stuff is a bit much for me.
