Great features, hard to upgrade to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Samsung S21, and when I had an upgrade come up on my phone plan that was use-or-lose, I traded up to the S23 for almost free. I use my S23 for personal use, social media, video/movie watching and some light gaming, and when I tried to transition everything from my old phone to my new one, I lost a lot of data (photos and phone numbers) and several apps got lost in the swap. That being said I love the capability of the android and especially Samsung phones. I can do more and customize my experience more than any other phone I have used. My wife has the iPhone 12 and I had an iPhone 11 issued from work for a while, and my friend had a Google phone of some sort a while back. These phones are just smoother and much better at doing what I need.

Great screen setup and looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how vibrant the color is on the screen, and how well the sound is, it's fast and loads things up quickly. The camera is phenomenal and captures little details my old phone couldn't capture. It picks up all the colors when taking pictures as well

These phones are so much faster than our previous Galaxy phones that it has been challenging to adapt to, but so nice to have..
