So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my S23 for about a month now after upgrading from the S9. Overall it runs great and has all the features I enjoy from Samsung. I was worried about the battery life, but so far it's a vast improvement from my old phone. The camera is also immaculate. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new phone!

Perfect Size Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife prefers a smaller sized phone and this one is perfect for her. It is very easy to hold in use and she does not fear dropping it. She takes many photos with it and the quality of the photos are SUPERB! She also watches a lot of videos on it and of course social media too. So, for her this Samsung S23 meets all of her needs and wants in a mobile phone and she is very happy with it. Mahalo!

Has been a fantastic phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have really enjoyed the s23. Good size factor. Extremely fast, phone calls are good. The UI is nice and customizable. Everything connects to it well. I am enjoying the fact that i don't have to send it in for repair after the first month of use, unlike my Zflip 4. Seems like I finally bought a good Samsung phone.Also had a great experience with a CS Rep via online

Battery life is great for me - not a person who is on their phone all day but do use it a significant amount and I have plenty of battery left at the end of the day. Picture Quality is great. Connects easy with all my bluetooth devices. I was not when samsung bcame out with the protruding camera lens on the back of the phone, but with a case, the lens are recessed enough to provide protection. Without a case, the phone does not sit flat on a surface which is odd to me. The only issue I have had is with fingerprint biometrics. This phone cannot read my fingerprints. I've tried multiple fingers to no avail. I utlilize the alternative face recognition and pin so not a deal breaker
