Terrible Battery Life

The battery on this phone is horrible! I am so disappointed that I bought it. Part of the reason I got a new phone is that my battery was dying. Now it is even worse. 3 hours in and Im at 40% it is not sustainable

Thank you for contacting us today concerning your S23. We want to make sure that your devices are running properly and efficiently. We know how important it is to have a healthy battery life on your devices. There are several ways to increase the battery life of your Galaxy phone. One option would be to turn on power saving mode by going into settings>battery>power saving mode>then toggle the switches to select your power saving options. We also recommend monitoring how much battery different apps are using. You can do this by going into Settings>Battery. Below Power saving and Background usage limits, your battery usage will appear. Tap View details to review information on certain app usage, along with Screen on time and Screen off time. This lets you pinpoint what apps are draining your battery and close those apps when they are not in use. I will be attaching a link to our article on how to "Get the most out of your Galaxy phone or tablet battery" so that you can try the other options recommended. If your experience with your battery persists, we highly recommend that you reach out to us at Samsung support so that we can look into other options that may help to remedy this. -Kelvin

Some really good one very bad

Good phone, photo quality hasn't lived up to the hype, security is good, known defect of screen burn in is a huge issue. Warranty is 12 months. Burn in happened at 14 months. Repair is half the phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy with this purchase

I bought this renewed, about a week ago. So far, I like it very much. It's a perfect size for me, but boy is it slippery. If you get this phone, be sure to buy a case that prevents slipping. Other than that, I have no complaints. The display is excellent, and the battery life is much much better than the Samsung I was replacing, a Galaxy S7 (from 2016). That one still works fine, but the power button is sort of half stuck in the case, and the battery life is dwindling. All in all, I've had very good luck with Samsung products over the years, and this phone seems like it will continue that record.

It keeps over heating. And when I swipe on apps like tik tok and Spotify the action glitches and doesn't do what i want it to do. Either than that it's decent.
