I have had several different brands of phones and continue to go back to samsung. The ease of use the compatibility of my style of Android usage is all entailed into this phone the camera is wonderful great clarity. All in all video quality camera quality ease of use I'd give this probably a 9.5 out of 10.

A bit disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure this phone is going to wow me. Prior to this, i was using the note 9. I love everything about that phone. And i used it for everything. Refresh is way smoother than the s23. I only decided to get this phone because they actually brought the stylus back but i am not to happy about the audio jack they took out. I didn't even bother with a trade in because the incentive was not greater than me keeping my note. Honestly, i still use my old phone to do things. I will say it is comparable close but i just don't like the timing and transitions from one task to the next. It feels choppy and sloppy. Not happy about giving up my note to a less efficient phone but I'm sure the company focuses on profit and sales versus user experience. Definitely not impressed for wasting my money on this one. Oh, i do love the phone camera and the clarity. But that wasn't an area that i cared for.
