Small yet wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my galaxy s23 a few days now, but I'm already in love. Everything is faster than my previous phone. Videos load faster and clearer. Games play smoother. Well worth getting this phone.

Quite the difference, photography upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just upgraded from the S8 and obviously the difference is dramatic but even setting aside the ooh new phone feeling this is actually impressive. I never felt confident taking photos, I wasn't interested enough to go through the learning curve but now I'm going to be the phone taking the photos because the phone guides you every step if you want and for once the specific modes actually help.
I put the super zoom to the test and a regular food photo, no adjustment or filter beyond food mode. That thing can zoom, doing it is something else compared to the videos people share. The food photo came out so good and it's so simple.
My critique lies in the software in comparison to what I had on the S8 and it was the ease of accessing menus or functions on that older setup that I'm missing right now. Yes the same setup and options but the actual using it feels off and less fluid. The chunkier icons for edge is a disappointment, maybe that can be amended.
Overall though what's to be disappointed by with the flagship level of phones, if the longevity of an S8 is anything to go by I'll be upgrading to an S39 after this one.

S23 fast, easy phone

Work, in many ways replaces my laptop and tablet, have Microsoft Word, PowerPoint for documents and presentations.
Slightly smaller than my previous phone, Galaxy S9, which is greatly appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I love this device. It's an amazing phone with great internals and an amazing, slick, look (front and back). The 8GB of RAM that comes with the phone is a massive bonus. It can take heavily detailed games and render them without an issue. Many features from Android 13 work nicely on this phone. Multiwindow mode is a plus. This is my first Samsung phone ever so going from what I used to use, to the S23, it's been pleasant. I continue to enjoy this phone and all of its glory.

This phone lives up to my expectations

Performance is very good, battery life is decent (although I did tweak a few settings to get it to my liking) and get over 24 hours out of a chargen to 85%. I have found the 5.1 UI more useful than I thought I would. Camera is excellent and even those zoom in shots come out satisfactory. In fact: my wife has an iPhone 14 pro max and I think the photos on the S23 are better.

This is the fastest phone I've ever owned!

I haven't had a flagship Samsung device since the S5, and this phone surely does NOT disappoint. It's nice to be using a "real" phone again! Good job Samsung!
